Communication is key

At KO Home Renovations we believe communication is key. So often, clients undergoing home remodeling are left guessing what the construction process will look like and what sort of communication and care they can expect. Integrity is our highest value, and our goal is to provide as much clarity and efficiency as possible for you to feel comfortable and prepared walking into your renovation project.

We provide communication and complete transparency through the project. You will see me on jobsite personally to check progress. Our communication starts with a step by step process from consultation to completion with updates on trades working.

Project Review

1) Material selection in idea board
2) Review budget and go over full scope remodel
3) Apply for permits and assign date

Project Execution

1) Order materials
2) Build your idea board
3) Move to construction schedule

Build Schedule

Once the planning is complete (steps 1-4 above) the construction begins. A schedule for the build process will be created and shared with you so that you know exactly what to expect before construction begins. Below is a schedule from a typical basement finishing project.
